1. Digital Product Policy

All our products (notes, PDFs, e-books, etc.) are digital downloads. Once purchased, access to these materials is provided instantly.
Hence, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once the order is completed.

2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is deducted twice, please email us with transaction details at crestacademykota@gmail.com.

After verification, the excess amount will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Incorrect Product Access

If you receive the wrong digital product or face an access issue, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will provide the correct download link at no additional cost.
